PMLDnet.com provides Internet access and E-mail accounts (Web hosting is not available). PMLDnet.com provides Internet service for a fee. The fee is made up of a one-time equipment rental charge and a monthly subscription charge depending on the speed and class of service.

Internet Equipment Rental Charge: PMLDnet.com charges an Internet access equipment rental charge based on the type of service you subscribe to. This non-refundable rental fee is due when access equipment is picked up. All Internet access equipment remains the property of PMLDnet.com. Internet access equipment includes indoor or outdoor antenna, standard mounting hardware, coax cable, and the Alvarion radio modem. Customer agrees to keep the equipment in good condition. Equipment must be returned to PMLDnet.com in working condition.

Internet Access Equipment Care and Protection: The Customer shall use the Internet access equipment in a careful and proper manner and the Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss and/or damage to the equipment from any cause other than failure due to normal wear or electronic failure related to manufacturing. Insurance of the antenna and equipment is encouraged and is the responsibility of the Subscriber. The Company shall replace any equipment that fails, at no cost to the Subscriber if it is due to normal electronic failure. The Customer shall incur costs associated with equipment replacement due to all other causes (altered, lost, stolen, nature, destroyed, damaged, lightning, etc.). The equipment replacement charge is $400.00.

Service Contract: Our service is month-to-month and can be cancelled by simply giving us with a 30 days notice and returning PMLDnet.com’s Internet access equipment. Failure to return PMLDnet.com’s Internet access equipment will result in a $400.00 equipment replacement charge.

Service Outages: PMLDnet.com cannot guarantee connection 100% of the time. PMLDnet.com is committed to providing the best possible service speeds and connections. Weather, electrical outages, installation location, terrain, and congestion may affect the performance of your Internet access.

Payment Due Date: Payment for monthly Internet access is due within 20 days of billing date. If payment is not received within 20 days, service will be disconnected remotely.

Equipment Installation: The Internet access equipment requires professional installation and must be installed by an approved installer recommended by PMLDnet.com. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the installation Internet access equipment. Professional installation ensures customers get the best possible performance and highest access speeds from PMLDnet.com’s Internet service.

Service Termination: Upon termination, the Customer pays any outstanding balance and returns all Internet access equipment in good condition to PMLDnet.com within five (5) business days of termination. If the Customer fails to return in good condition any item of equipment within this period, the Customer will be liable for an equipment replacement charge of $400.00, plus any reasonable collection costs, including without limitation, attorney’s fees that may be incurred. The replacement charges for unreturned or damaged Internet access equipment is $400.00. Termination of service does not release the Customer from the obligation to pay all accrued charges. After service is terminated, the Customer may receive a final bill for any charges incurred in the month of disconnection, including without limitation, charges associated with the failure to return Internet access equipment in good condition, less any applicable refund. PMLDnet.com reserves the right to collect any unpaid charges and/or equipment replacement charges by placing a municipal lien on the Customer’s property.

Downloads and Third party support: PMLDnet.com is not responsible for viruses and any other harmful downloads received from the Internet. Customers should install their own protection against harmful downloads. PMLDnet.com cannot provide support for third party software and hardware (routers, MS Outlook, Windows, etc).
