Here are the steps:
- Complete a subscription
order.
- Click on the
To
Subscribe tab at the top of the screen, or
- Contact Customer
Service at 978-464-2815.
- When service is available
in your area you will be notified (telephone or E-mail) by Customer
Service.
- Then, you can pick up
your Customer Installation Kit at the PMLD office.
- Please wait for your
notification before going to the PMLD office.
- The kit contains detailed
instructions, an
antenna, modem and various mounting hardware.
- Please bring a check as
payment for the equipment ordered (see the
To Subscribe page).
- You are responsible for
the installation.
- Once your connection has
been established, you will be responsible for the Monthly Charge
(pro-rated from your start-up date).
